RESULT OF POSTAL BALLOT

Result of the voting conducted through Postal Ballot on the Special Resolution under Section 372A and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956, for obtaining the consent of the Shareholders for furnishing security/ guarantee to the Banks/Financial Institutions in connection with the Project Finance extended by them to the Developers of the Company’s landed property situated at No.78, Old Madras Road, Dooravaninagar, Bangalore - 560 016.
 

On the basis of the report submitted by the Scrutinizer, Mr. Parameshwar G. Hegde, I hereby declare that the Special Resolution for furnishing security / guarantee to the Banks / Financial Institutions as detailed in the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 21stJune 2007 has been passed by the shareholders with requisite majority.
