Surge in Sales and Profits of TTK Prestige Ltd Sales up by 17% and PAT up by 135%
Bangalore, January 12, 2010: TTK Prestige Limited, the largest provider of kitchen appliances in the country has registered a third quarter sales of Rs.149.20 Crores as against 127.81 crores for the corresponding quarter in the previous year. The company registered a pre tax profit of Rs.22.12 Crores as compared to Rs.8.79 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, thus registering a profit growth of 151% over the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The profit after tax for the quarter is Rs.15.33 crores as compared to Rs.6.52 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, thus registering a growth of 135%.
For the cumulative 9 months ending 31.12.2009 the turnover is amounted to Rs. 391.38 crores as against Rs. 329.87 crores in the corresponding period of the previous year.
The company has registered a Net profit of Rs.39.65 Crores for the first nine months period as compared to Rs.18.87 Crores in the corresponding period of the previous year, thus registering a growth of 110%. The earnings per share for the 9 months is Rs.35.03 as against Rs.16.63 for the corresponding period in the previous year.
