Initiatives in Customer Care during the COVID -19 Lockdown

From 4th May 2020, we have activated our Call Center and Customer Service operations (both onsite & walk in workshop service) in aligning with the directions of the Government and applying all COVID-19 precautions.


We wish to reiterate that the Containment zones as identified by the government will not be provided with walk in and onsite services. To find if your area or pin code is within the containment zone, we request you to visit your respective municipal corporation website for more details; Once your area is declared as Red , Orange or green zone then we request you to register a complaint in below nos , so the TTK technicians will be able to visit your home and offer assistance for your concerns.

Also, to ensure smooth & uninterrupted customer experience, TTK Prestige has announced the product warranty extension for all the appliances expiring during the lockdown phase i.e March & April, by three months (warranty will be valid till July, 2020).
